PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The Administration Office provides direct administrative support to the Board of Commissioners. Staff also provides support to the Planning Commission, Soil and Sedimentation, Emergency Management, Finance Department, General Services and the Historical Courthouse Restoration Committee. The office has primary responsibilities for budget development, labor negotiations, personnel administration, risk management and preparation of all Board Committee agendas.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

To develop County fiscal policies. To update County personnel policies.
