**Violations of Child Restraint Law citations fines
& costs may be waived if seat is purchased or rented and proof is shown
to the Court within 14 days.
+additional $20 if an accident occurred.
NOTE
Defective Equipment Citations fines & costs will be waived if the
equipment is corrected, the vehicle inspected, and citation signed by a
law enforcement officer. The signed citation must be returned to
the Court within 14 days of the date of offense. After that date,
fines and costs will be assessed.
No Operator's License in Possession Citations have fines and costs waived
if an officer certifies on your copy of the citation that the license was
valid on date of the offense, and you bring it to the Court within 14 days.

(810) 667-0314. Fines and costs may be paid in person or by mail.
Fines and costs must be paid within 14 days of the date of offense.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a Default Judgment
being entered against you and additional costs will be imposed. WARNING:
Further failure to pay will result in additional late fees and suspension
