The following is a recap of the work that has been done during
the past six years and does not include stabilization and exterior work completed
prior to 1991.

New boiler, heating, ventilation with future air conditioning
capability; structural repairs to tower; new foundation at tower; attic
insulation; new underground electrical service; new electrical conduit for
courtroom lighting; exterior lighting of porch. Cost
