Division
The
Sheriff's Department employes a part time Marine Patrol unit. The
unit is made up of full time Deputies and Reserve Deputies who work
part time during the summer months - mostly on weekends. Other duty
functions of the Sheriff are Marine Livery inspections, these are
business who rent out boats and other equipment.
