Ongoing project activities will include: consulting
with vendors, communicating with contracted services, regular meetings of
the Project team, collecting data for evaluation, promoting LapeerNet
in the community, fiscal responsibilities include: approval and payment
of invoices, filing interim and final reports, seeking reimbursement from
federal program.

Month 1:
WWW developer/trainer contracted services secured for 50 week period.
Six County departments, agencies, and/or commission recruited for participation.
Month 2:
Server software upgrades purchased.
Server software installed.
Protocols for updating and maintaining information in place.
Computer hardware standards provided to participants.
Month 3:
Content development interviews with participants completed.
Ad hoc marketing strategy committee appointed, meeting schedule set.
Quarterly evaluation meeting
Month 4:
Listserv, on-line conferencing, training web site and on-line help-desk
established.
Install client software on participant's computers.
Four , day-long WWW site development workshops held.
Month 5:
Four 1/2 information management workshops held.
Search begins for multimedia contracted services
Month 6:
Quarterly project evaluation meeting
Secure contracted services for multimedia presentations
HomePages will be mounted
Month 7:
Marketing plan implementation begins
Month 8:
Purchase multimedia upgrades and equipment
Month 9:
Project Revisions Deadline
Quarterly project evaluation meeting
Month 10 and 11 Road show" presentation , brochure and press
releases ready for distribution
Six presentations made in the community
Month 12: Quarterly project evaluation meeting
Final narrative submitted .
Project continues past month 12 sustained by local funding.
