Property Information

Information on Lapeer County properties is available from the Treasurer’s office. With the changes in the Mortgage industry, the Treasurer’s office has noticed a dramatic increase in the number of requests for information from Companies that do not maintain or contract with local entities to research this information. In order to maintain a high level of service to Lapeer County residents and respond to the requests from for-profit companies, the Treasurer’s office has established the following policy for providing property information. Copies of the reports mentioned in the policy are available upon request. The Treasurer thanks you for your consideration and professionalism in abiding by the policy.
